I actually found them and read through reviews a year before I eventually worked up the nerve to come and meet the owner Solomon. At first, I thought the meeting might be just a way to sell the gym to new people. However, I felt like it was more of a way for him to get to know new members and for you to get a chance to ask questions. I joined the 6 week program which included 3 classes a week, a meal plan, and an accountability person. I've thoroughly enjoyed my time so far! The club has a high ratio of women (and NB) to men ratio and a warm, inviting environment that made me feel more comfortable. People introduce themselves to you, ask how many classes you've had, and the coaches get to know you quickly! The style of teaching is a little "throw you into it" but the kindness of the coaches and the other members helps make it feel less overwhelming. I leave every class with a big smile.”
