“As a member of the Spartan Jiu-Jitsu Academy for almost 2 years now and it’s been an amazingly healthy experience. Our Head Instructor Igor is an active IBJJF black belt competitor and teaches a systematic curriculum taking you through all the positions, controls and submissions of both modern Jiu-Jitsu and traditional (old school) Jiu-Jitsu. The gym mats and restrooms are kept very clean. There’s always plenty of space to train, and with the flexible class schedule I can train morning, afternoons or nights if I choose too, 5 days a weeks and (open mat Sat) Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is for the whole family as there are classes for all ages and skill levels.
