“I've been going to Spartan for about 2 years now. I can say that I've had a great experience there. Coach Tom is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The gym is very clean. It's even cleaned between classes. An important point for any visitors wishing to stop in: make sure your shoes are off and placed in the rack near each entrance. Everyone there is welcoming to any experience level. You don't need to have any experience whatsoever to start.”
