“Stopped in for open mat and for a no-gi class while in town on vacation. Both coach Seth and Ray were very kind and welcoming. They brought their daughters to open mat, giving the place a very family friendly vibe. The instruction was top notch and the facility is beautiful. I'll definitely be back when I'm in town for the holidays. If you're hesitant, just sign the waiver online and GO!”

“Before visiting Shepherdstown, I wrote to ask about dropping in. Ray was very responsive and inviting. The waiver-signing process was efficient, there's plenty of parking, the space is large and clean, the training was focused, technical and geared for all levels, and everyone was friendly.”

“THE BEST Jiu Jitsu academy in Eastern Panhandle! All the coaches are amazing and they all work with kids on the mat simultaneously. Lessons are structured very well and each student gets individual attention and learn a lot about team work, discipline, self control and of course art of Jiu Jitsu.
