Coach Brock is absolutely awesome with the kids and has such a talent for keeping order yet making sure he’s giving each person individual attention so they’re always learning and growing 10/10 would recommend for the coaching alone!”

“If you're interested in training in jiu jitsu, muay thai, or mma you'll definitely want to check out the Start gym. The people are friendly and the gym is clean. The lead instructor, Brock, has alot of experience with a black belt in jiu jitsu and many professional mma fights. There is something for all ages and all skill levels.”
