“I want to thank the Start Jiu Jitsu professors. My journey from June when I had my health scare to where i am now. In June I was 417lbs and now in December i am currently at 277lbs. Joining Jiu Jitsu at the age of 42 has been the BEST decision i have ever made. The classes are amazing. The students there all have helped me as well with training. The way the professors are with everyone. It gives you that family feeling. There is a saying above the training area that says “ Changing lives through Martial Arts” That is so true and has been my motivation.
