“In town from Wisconsin. Charles, the owner, was kind enough to let me drop into open mat. Very clean gym and super nice people. Charles is a legit Jiu Jitsu black belt. Would recommend for anyone in town and looking for some rolls.”

“Did my research before moving to St George and took a month doing trials across the gyms. I subjectively don't have anything negative to say about the rest but here's what drew me to this gym: 1. Community - strong sense of respect for each other and bonding events. I have no doubt we will greet each other with open arms if we ever see each other at the super market 2. Coach Charlie is a wizard - he knows the micro adjustments I need to change one day at a time in both Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. He's on my speed dial if I ever get in trouble.. 3.
