“Excellent coaches for adults and kids. The classes are very well thought out and build on each other as they progress. The people I have experienced are great and have taught me a lot through live rolls and drills. My kids love going to the classes and are eager to go every practice we can even on Saturdays for open mat when we have down time.”

“Had our 5 y/o boy in the class for 3 weeks or so. So far, it's been great. The instructor is the most patient person with the kids. The only thing is the class can get a bit big for one instructor, but he tries and handles it well. I am looking forward to my boy becoming more technical and confident in his body movements. The facility is awesome, well kept.”

“The gym is clean and welcoming. Open to all ages with excellent classes for small children all the way to older adults. Coach Brett is clear with instruction and very supportive, building confidence and nurturing the love of the sport. I would recommend this gym to any one that is interested.”
