“Training at Submit Your Friend in Boston for the past six months has been an incredible experience. The academy has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, making it easy to feel at home from day one. The coach, Bruno, is outstanding—not only is he highly knowledgeable with years of jiu-jitsu experience, but his ability to break down complex techniques into easy-to-understand steps is exceptional. His teaching style ensures that everyone, regardless of skill level, can improve consistently. The same could be said about Caio, Edgardo, Nick, and all the other coaches. The students are equally fantastic. While many are competitive and highly skilled, they are always eager to help others grow and develop. There's a strong sense of community, where everyone's progress is celebrated. The facilities are top-notch, with spacious mats and a clean, well-maintained environment. Whether you're looking to sharpen your skills or just starting out, **Submit Your Friend** is the perfect place to train and be part of a supportive, driven team. Highly recommended!”

“The best thing I did was to enroll my son at 2 years and 6 months to train at SYF. It taught him a lot of discipline and technique. Today he is 6 years old and it has become his second family, they treat the children with great affection and he has a lot of affection for the teachers and friends he made there.”

“Awesome environment, great people, and high level jiu jitsu. Also, if you have kids interested in the sport this is the only place you should be bringing them. The kids program is unmatched. Bruno is an amazing coach and is creating something special over in Brighton!”

“I signed up for a trial class not knowing anything about this sport; i had a fair amount of anxiety diving into something so foreign to me. Jessica and Bruno made me feel safe and welcome! Later on when it was time to join the regular class everyone was patient with me, even though it felt like i had two left legs and two right arms for the first couple months. Now i cant imagine my life without this sport! I also love the variety of times for classes in the schedule, having them both in the am and pm makes it easy to go before or after work/school. There are two showers so it is easy to keep a busy schedule without having to go all the way home after training. Love it!”
