Bruno, the instructors, and friends have been welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. All levels of Brazilian Jujitsu learning together has been evident and a thrill to be a part of. 1st class changed my life :) Thank you - everyone -

My 15-year old son attended SYFA for the past year before deciding to focus exclusively on high school wrestling. Bruno runs a great studio. It's a good place for the kids who are there more for the social aspect as well as those who are serious competitors. My son also liked to have the option of doing "gi" or "no gi" as well as the option to do two classes back to back.

I signed up for a trial class not knowing anything about this sport; i had a fair amount of anxiety diving into something so foreign to me. Jessica and Bruno made me feel safe and welcome! Later on when it was time to join the regular class everyone was patient with me, even though it felt like i had two left legs and two right arms for the first couple months. Now i cant imagine my life without this sport! I also love the variety of times for classes in the schedule, having them both in the am and pm makes it easy to go before or after work/school. There are two showers so it is easy to keep a busy schedule without having to go all the way home after training. Love it!

The best thing I did was to enroll my son at 2 years and 6 months to train at SYF. It taught him a lot of discipline and technique. Today he is 6 years old and it has become his second family, they treat the children with great affection and he has a lot of affection for the teachers and friends he made there.
