“Welcoming staff make you feel like family first time walking in. The layout of the facility is well designed. Having 2 separate mat areas for advanced and fundamentals is great. There are always multiple black belts teaching classes and it makes the learning experience more personal. Structure of program is solid, clear and concise. I step away learning something new everyday. I am humbled by all of the members. I am able to cancel my separate gym membership and workout here, as it has everything you need to get a great workout in. Sauna and cold plunge is a plus. Don’t hesitate! Join the team !”
