“Been going to Clifton Park jucao for a little over 2 years now and I can confidently say it is one of the best decisions I have made in life. The people there are truly some of the most nice and kind hearted people ever, who I can proudly call friends. Coach Nash is someone who makes it fun and exciting to walk through those doors. He is inviting and only wants you to get better and truly makes you appreciate and love jiu jitsu. Lastly, I know how difficult it can be to want to sign up, trust me. At first I had cold feet, stepping onto a mat where I didn’t know anyone and didn’t know anything. I quickly realized that everyone there wants the best for you and will welcome you with open arms. “As a female entering a predominately male influenced space/sport I can confidently say I felt accepted, respected and appreciated by all individuals. The space continues to grow into a home for any individual who walks through that door and is willing to learn. I would recommend anyone to join scaling from adolescence to late adulthood.”
