“The cardio kickboxing classes I have taken over the past few years with this gym helped me to get back down to my goal weight and maintain it. The coaches here push you to be the best you can be, and to push yourself. I’ve seen so many changes in my endurance level, and strength. Plus the added benefits of being able to defend myself if need be. All the women in the class are supportive and kind. Braxton, who has taught the children’s class over the last few years is great at teaching children the fundamentals of jujitsu, and makes it fun for them at the same time. I have watched my daughter be able to defend herself, and my son’s entire confidence and even his school performance improve exponentially since attending the children’s jujitsu classes.”
