“I was hesitant to start kickboxing classes because I wasn’t sure I would like it, but I’m glad I did it. The trainers here have been super supportive, the place is very clean and organized, and it doesn’t feel competitive — you go at the pace that feels right for you on a given day. The workouts are 45 minutes, fairly intense, but with lots of water breaks built in. I feel stronger, more grounded, and confident.”
