“I loved the women’s class on Friday! Great turnout, great format, great instruction and great people to train with! I stayed for the open mat. Everyone was super nice, friendly, and welcoming! The facility was nice and clean and it was great to see them work as a team to clean the mats afterwards. I would definitely like to go back!”
