“This place is the best! I've been training here for almost 6 months, and the environment is great for people of all skill level and backgrounds. They have multiple times for classes throughout the day and you get a great variety of techniques and time to roll. They have kids classes as well . I have both of my kids going here as well and they both love it and talk about it all the time . It has a welcoming atmosphere even given the physical nature of the sport, and the coaches are attentive and knowledgable. They treat you like family here and Professor Manny is very attentive to the different experience levels in the classes and the higher belt students are paired with lower belts, always cool and down to help new students learn. There are a lot of higher belts to learn from but also a steady stream of new white belts, so it’s a good mix of skill. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to try something new or anyone with previous BJJ training to stop in.”

“I moved down to FL from Connecticut and after trying other places I found the Team in November. I waited to write this so I had enough time to really put honest words into my review. Professor Manny is observant during practice, helps everyone around and offers rich knowledge of jiu jitsu with a good sense of humor Lol. If Manny isn't around, expect to also learn from everyone around you because this is a place of constant camaraderie and exchange of knowledge. The number of people showing up at 6am is amazing. My first day there were 25 people in class, which is very impressive for 6am. As a Purple belt, I've had many teachers due to traveling and moving from other countries and states, but now that Florida is my permanent home, I am happy to say that I've found the perfect place for me.
