I’ve always noticed since such a huge skill gap between them and everyone else. They were constantly winning competitions and dominating in training. Moving forward to today, they have such a great school. Josh and Renny do such an amazing job of teaching such great technique but in a way that everyone can understand. They break down top notch technique step by step and then talk about common reactions you’ll expect from your opponent and how to counter that reaction (which most gyms don’t do). On top of that, I believe that Teknica is one of the most eye appealing schools in Miami. Their location is huge and clean. They’re multiple bathrooms and fitting rooms. They even have drinks and a shop. The amount of people that train there is great as well because you get a feel for different bodies and skill levels.
