“I’ve been going here for about 2 months give or take, and I can definitely recommend it. They offer strength training, kickboxing/striking class, and Jiu Jitsu for both kids and adults. All the instructors are very methodical and patient to teach you and develop your skills. Everyone who trains is also very helpful and explains things to help you better yourself. I definitely recommend it for anyone.”
