This is one of if not the only Brazilian Jiujitsu gyms in this area. For years, the only option was to drive to Atlanta, Gwinnett county, Athens, McDonough etc. No jiu-jiu-jitsu gyms were close to Lithonia, Conyers, and Covington. The classes focus on learning and developing skill from no resistance to full resistance with live “wrestling/rolling”, takedowns, and ground work.
