“My 2 kids have been taking jiu-jitsu at tenbears for about 4 months now and all I can say are good things about them! Coach Courtney is excellent at what he does. He is so good with the kids, is stern when he needs to be and is patient and understanding, and talks them through having a rough time with a task. My kids have both improved in their listening skills and are learning so much! My son especially. He is doing better in school with paying attention and focusing and I couldn't be happier with tenbears for that. My daughter is also showing more self confidence and excelling in class. My kids absolutely love coming to class and look forward to it every week. Professor Jim is always a pleasure to see, always greeting us with a smile every time we walk through the door. I would definitely recommend tenbears to anyone looking to get their kids into jiu-jitsu.”

“My child has been with ten bears for about a month and is already showing such growth. He really struggles with particularity and anger. Now he is being taught the values of patience and practice and is already more confident and willing to listen. The coaches are wonderful people who are accepting, positive, and firm with all the boys and girls. THANKS!”

“Kicked my son out of classes that he loved because he is neurodivergent. They talk about how skilled they are and how much experience they have but they are not willing or able to provide personal support to a child yet they charge $2000+ a year per kid. I feel ripped off by this business and I would not recommend their services to anyone.”
