“I have been going here to train for a little over a year now. I originally started training at the behest of my neurologist as a way to keep my strength up and stay healthy in the face of my recent MS diagnosis. Training here has become so much more than a pursuit for health. The Tennessee BJJ Academy Murfreesboro has provided me with an entire community of people committed to discipline and growth. Jiu Jitsu is a lifestyle and a martial art. When training, you need the right community of people who truly care about you to make you the best that you can be. I found my people, and I believe that you will find your people here too.”
