Professor Naomi is easy to communicate any uncertainties when starting a combat sport. Her breakdowns during instruction make it easy to understand. “This is an amazing class! You are made to feel comfortable and really feel like family! I'm 55 and thought this was going to be too hard on me but the instructor (Naomi) has taught me the correct moves and is so patient with me. This has brought me a long way. I love this class and everyone makes you feel like family!!”
