“Connor and Jenn are the best coaches around. You will take your skills to the next level once you come here and train high level material. One of the cleanest gyms I’ve seen in a long time as well. Great spot for women athletes in my opinion. The general manager, Oliver is really nice too.”

“I’ve been coming to the Cave for a little under a year now, and I love it! The owners, Connor and Jenni, are both wonderful teachers and make the gym feel so welcoming! For someone who has never done any sort of combat sport before, they’ve been so helpful, supportive, and made jiu jitsu much less intimidating! “Connor is a phenomenal instructor. Clean space, good vibes. Having trained in several different states and quite a few gyms, I can confidently say The Cave is a great environment to learn BJJ, whether you're new to the sport, more advanced, hobbyist, or competitor. The culture of the gym created a relaxed and friendly environment that also allowed for some competitive rounds for those seeking a bit more intensity. Highly recommend dropping in and checking it out.”
