“I take my kids to jiu jitsu here they have been through wrestling and the yelling and the loud echo room, here is different. Of course kids are excited and they get loud but coach Duran does a great job staying calm, coaching and interacting. He gets on the mat with the kids and rolls with them. He coach’s a large kids group and sometimes a small one. Doesn’t matter he does a great job with them.”

“The most friendly and welcoming group of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioners you’ll find! Coach Dhiren has created an amazing environment for learning, having fun and making friends. Most classes have as many as THREE BLACK BELTS on the mat giving one on one instruction and keeping all the students safe while training. If you live in Kanab definitely join the team and if you’re passing through stop on by. Oss”

“I am a black belt in BJJ. I have traveled the world and many schools though they mean we’ll have huge ego problems and it can be dangerous to go in with new people and trust they will train hard but also SAFE. This place is one of the SAFEST and most HUMBLE places around. Everyone cares, and is respectful, they look out for everyone while building up skills. The owner is attentive, calm, skilled, talented, and a phenomenal teacher. If you’re a black belt or never have tried martial arts this place is for you. It’s fun, safe, and an amazing place to build skills/character. It’s a serious gem, especially for such a small town.”
