“We visited The Grey to cross train our kids while traveling across state. We were so appreciative that they were willing to have us, and open to cross training. Coach was amazing and explained everything in great detail. Our kids left learning a lot and meeting new kids to roll with. We felt very welcome visiting. We hope we can come by again sometime!”

“Had one of the best experiences here tonight and it was my first time going. When I first got there I was early and I observed the kids rolling around on the mats having a good time. This was all very new for me! I wasn’t sure if I was going to be accepted because I just didn’t know. What a great group of people! The owner I talked to over the phone first and he told me to come and try it and see if I liked it. I didn’t like it…….I LOVED IT! They made me feel welcomed and not in an awkward kinda way either. Like I legitimately felt welcomed which I don’t think has happened very often in my life. So I have zero knowledge in all this and they didn’t care. They actually took the time to show me a few different type of moves. Anyway, I would definitely recommend this place if you want to learn jiu jitsu. Very cool and kind people!
