“Amazing place with awesome coaches! 2 of my sons have been in BJJ for about 8 months and they just joined Muay Thai this month, my other son has been in Muay Thai for about 7 months and just had his first competition. I also attend the Cardio Kickboxing class. You can find us at The Grind Monday through Friday! Great atmosphere!”

“The best place to train. I started going there for self defense. It offers multiple classes and different disciplines for all levels. They are very welcoming and treat everyone like family 🫶 Definitely recommend the Grind if you’re looking to start your martial arts journey.”

“Professor David and his team are beyond amazing. My son has been training at The Grind for some time and he is learning on a great pace. Professor David is so patient and you can see his passion for teaching when he instructs the kiddos. Coach Gabby is also amazing and Coach Ernesto their knowledge for this art is immense. I would 100000 out of 10000000 definitely recommend The Grind to anyone looking for a gym. Their great with kids best decision I’ve made with my son is to enroll him at The Grind. They make you feel like family and are passionate. Thank you Professor David to you and your amazing team!”
