“Great place to train for myself, wife, and two sons. Very welcoming atmosphere for beginners, and great instructors. We primarily train with Beau on Saturdays in his "fundamentals class", which I highly recommend if you are new to the sport- he is a great instructor and a great all around guy. We've also had a couple of classes with the owner (John), and again great instructor, great guy. If you're on the fence about giving it a shot like my family was... just jump in one Saturday for a free trial- nothing to lose. No macho BS at all in the classes we attended- just patient instructors , helpful students, and quality training. This place is the real deal... very glad we found it.”

“I signed my 7 year old twins up in January 2022. The main instructor and owner, John, was very professional and his calm demeanor really helped my twins calm down if they got upset. The membership director, Kristen, helped us feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable. The price per month was extremely reasonable, especially considering how many days a week you can train. My twins were a little too immature for the class- they are very goofy 7 year olds- we are going to try back in a year or two when they are able to get all the benefits this gym has to offer!”
