“Great vibes. Great technique. Even better people! A must visit while in town or trying a trial if you are thinking about joining. Took some kids to cross train there to check it out. Class was smooth, direct, and the coaches had all the kids attention. A great balance between teaching the base fundamentals of techniques while pushing the kids to be better and tougher. Had a great time in the adults class. Solid warm up, good technique, followed by some great rolls. A awesome vibe to be apart of. They welcome everyone! No politics, no bs, just jiujitsu.”
