Dominic the owner was very responsive to my inquiry to drop in and he made sure he had a good class for me to go to based on my size and skill level. His gym is very clean and the training is very safe and his members are all super friendly. His teaching style is unique and allowed us to practice rather than just talk through a technique. I got a good workout in for sure and got a lot of positional drilling in. Class sizes are typically 8-10 people with a lot of space on the mats. I’ll definitely be back!”
