I’m all about movement, wellness, and being in spaces that truly lift you up. That’s exactly what I found at Thrive Jiu Jitsu School, and I couldn’t be more grateful! My daughter takes the kids Jiu Jitsu classes and absolutely loves it. Professor OJ has such an incredible way of connecting with the kids, he teaches so much more than just technique. She’s learning focus, discipline, confidence, and respect in every class. And while she’s on the mat, I’m in the Pilates classes, taking care of my own body and mind. The atmosphere is amazing, and the instructors are super knowledgeable and supportive. It’s my moment to recharge, move with intention, and feel strong from the inside out. Thrive is more than just a school, it’s a space for growth, for all ages. If you’re looking for a place where your whole family can thrive together, this is it.

I’ve been taking Pilates classes with Professor Claudia at Thrive Jiu-Jitsu School, and I can’t recommend it enough. The space itself is absolutely beautiful, clean, welcoming, and full of good energy. You can really feel the care and dedication that went into creating such a special environment. The owner is kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of everyone who walks through the door, which only adds to the sense of community at Thrive. Now, let’s talk about Claudia. Her classes are simply on another level. She teaches with passion, precision, and an incredible ability to adapt each session to the unique needs of her students. Classes are small, never more than six people, which means everyone gets personalized attention. You don’t feel like just another number; she truly sees you, your body, and your goals. What makes Claudia so special is her deep understanding of movement, combined with her warm and uplifting energy. Every class is accessible, yet challenging in all the right ways. Whether you’re new to Pilates or more experienced, you’ll feel supported, empowered, and inspired to grow. Thrive isn’t just a place to exercise, it’s a space to thrive, heal, and connect. I've had a wonderful experience with Claudia's Pilates classes at Saysi Peninsula Pacific CA. Claudia's unique teaching style, which incorporates her own life history and philosophy, has been truly inspiring. Furthermore, her classes have not only helped me stay fit, but also alleviated my lower back pain. I’ve been taking Pilates classes with Coach Claudia, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! I’ve been coming to Pilates for over a month because I had back pain from having a sitting job. Before starting, I tried stretching and working out consistently, but the pain kept getting worse, and I began to develop more soreness. I was recommended to try a free first class with Claudia, and for the first time in years, I felt relief. Since then, I’ve been attending her classes consistently and have seen significant improvements in my body especially in my core strength. Definitely worth it.
