Great atmosphere and the instructors are top notch. The kids program is great, my daughter has learned so much in two months, she just did her first competition and I wasn't sure that she was ready but Mark, and Jerry did a great job of getting her ready.

Best gym for bjj ever. Professor mortenson is the best instructor. Simple steps that teach you and he’s so patient and kind. Most humble down to earth person.

You couldn't ask for a better instructor than Mark Mortenson. He's more than just his insanely deep knowledge of BJJ; he's also one of the most inspiring men I've ever met in my life. He's the type of guy that can show you a whole new set of moves during class time, then teach you a whole new way of looking at how to attack your problems in life while chatting with you after class. Many of the things he's shared with me about BJJ and about life in general I'll take with me always.

Great place. I learned of the art from podcasts and was upfront about my interests. With my personal fitness history this has been an easy transition. Mark is personable and knowledgeable, will keep it fun but stay on task. I’m 3 weeks in and have started to make plans for the next few years of this journey. No doubt it is intimidating on your first day but by day 3 you will fall into routine and be excited for more. Update: I’m almost 2 years in and still loving it. I train close to 3 times a week. I have found myself having more patience, self confidence and an overall ability to stay calm in tense situations. If your waiting for a sign this is it!
