“This is an awesome club! I put my 5 year old into Jiu Jitsu, she has no siblings and I wanted her to learn to defend her self and stand up for herself in the future! I can’t express how much more she has received from the program. She has attended for 1 year and her confidence is through the roof. She originally was unsure if this was something she could do and would get frustrated but the coaches Cassy and Rachel are amazing with the kids. The head coach, coach Berry is very involved and present even for the youngest kids, you can see his passion for the sport! They have made many improvements in the last year and it’s impressive to see how far it has come and grown in that time. They also offer kick boxing, Muay Thai, and wrestling. This club is very well organized and is a great group of people. They give a lot of personalized 1 on 1 attention to anyone attending their classes. I can’t say enough about Coach Berry and this club other than top notch and I cant wait to see more at the higher levels and see her compete!”
