“Excellent personal trainer! Highly recommend! I've been going to Kevin for several years. He is amazing. Even if you are older and/or out of shape, he'll start you off slowly and gradually get you into shape and help you strengthen your core, improve your posture, stretch your body, and improve your balance. He does one-on-one and group training in a private warehouse studio. If you are shy about working out in a large gym, this is a perfect alternative.”
