“The receptionist Sabrina told me to try the women’s self defense class, I’ve never tried anything like that before but after I went I thought it was informing and fun. The instructor Brittany was amazing she was understanding of how me and my group were beginners and made us feel comfortable. We learned cool self defense moves and i’ll definitely be back!”

“I have been to several gyms all around the US and this is absolutely amazing and one of the best gyms I have ever had the pleasure of training at. The owner and coach Avery is an absolutely amazing and genuine good person. The atmosphere of the gym is friendly and welcoming while also producing top notch competition Team. If your in the area the gyms has so many times available for classes to fit your schedule. They have classes for kids at a young age and there was even people in their 60s training. Best gym I have been to in a long time and I will absolutely be back to visit.”

“I just started going to Indian Land MMA about a month ago now. I LOVE it! I am still fairly new to BJJ and I have learned so much in the short amount of time I have been here. The coaches are great! I love that they have an organized website where you can access everything. They were so easy to get in contact with and offered a great group rate for my boyfriend and I since we started here together. I highly recommend this gym for anyone!”
