I've been to other 'reputable' Dojos in pgh where the instructors were hit or miss. Some were great, others seemed like they were just passing the time until class was over.”

“I’m a 56 year old blue belt from California visiting family in Pittsburgh and just wanted to get a little training in while here. Dropped in on the morning class unannounced and they were incredibly accommodating. Instructor and students were super nice, and the training was great. Some really technical instruction and drilling, and the live rolls were also really good. The warm up was doing actual low intensity technique and drilling, I’ve never seen that before but it was super cool. All in all just a great experience. I’ll be back next time I’m in town for sure.”
