“Disclaimer: I trained here for a short time but had to stop due to a new job schedule conflicting with training times 🥲 That said, I would absolutely go back if I could. The community is very supportive to all experience levels / age groups. There is a broad range of classes as well. I attended both the fitness kickboxing and MMA striking classes in addition to the Jiu Jitsu (submission wrestling) classes. They have also recently added Yoga classes. whether your goal is simply overall fitness - physical and/or mental - or to eventually become a competitor in some shape or fashion, this is most def the place to train.”
