Most noticeable to me was the welcoming culture, which stems from the top down from all instructors. Everyone helps each other out and it's definitely an environment of growth and positivity. “I was so happy to have trained at UNG, before I had a baby, over the summer. Diego is one of the best instructors I’ve had - I’ve done Other forms of martial arts growing up- and I miss it a lot.
