“I have trained at several jiu jitsu gyms since I started training in 2015 and Unico is my favorite gym. The program and the workouts are structured in a way that benefits people of all levels of experience. The gym has a strong family feel. Several adult members of the gym have their children enrolled in the kids program. The instructors, JT and Derric, deliver excellent instruction that can be understood by all the students and emphasize safety throughout the conduct of training. I look forward to training everyday. I would recommend this gym to anyone interested in jiu jitsu or kick boxing with at any level of experience.”
