The coaches are incredibly patient with my five-year-old daughter, and they even have a dedicated female coach who is warm, professional, and attentive. The environment is outstanding, with clean mats and fresh air throughout the facility. Parents can sit on an open platform to watch the entire class, allowing children to see their parents, which gives them a strong sense of security. The classes are reasonably priced and of exceptional quality—absolutely worth it!”

Every class I go to I meet more and more great people to train with. I have also started bringing my daughter to Unified, and she was hooked after her first class. The kids program is run very well just like the adults programs. The kids have numerous instructors on the mat at the same time so all kids are getting a lot of individual coaching each class.
