“My sons have been attending jiu-jitsu classes here for two years now, and I can't imagine a better instructor than Professor Dunbar. The way he gives these kids 100% of his time and attention is remarkable. Every kid should learn to defend themselves, and every kid deserves to have the confidence that comes from knowing how to do so. My advice is that if you are thinking about doing it, just do it. There is nothing to lose and much to gain.”

“This gym is honestly one of the best if not the best in the county, the coaches here care for everyone in class.Not only that but it’s a very safe environment to bring your children to for building self confidence and learning how to defend themselves I would 100% recommend this gym for any parent or child wanting to learn self defense, discipline, or confidence.”

“I have been in this gym/the jiu jitsu program for a year now and I do not regret going!!! I have had a really awesome experience hear. This gym has really motivated me and built up my confidence. I am so grateful for Mr. Dunbar the professor here. He is very motivating and I have learned a lot in the jiu jitsu program. I feel more comfortable and confident as a 17 year old girl to go to the store by myself and that Is saying a lot!! In other words I would recommend anyone who struggles with defending themselves or people who just want to learn some skills. This program is disciplined and very professional. If you have kids this program teaches your kids to listen and learn and to be respectful of others and aware of their surroundings. In other words I would 100% recommend anyone to come here!!!”

“This gym is great for learning Brazilian jiu-jitsu. I'm a girl who’s been training for just a little bit, I can say I’ve learned a lot from the controlled environment Professor Dunbar provides to learn. It’s a comfortable space to ask questions when you don’t understand and the lessons are detailed and because of this, they are easy to understand. I highly recommend it to learn how to protect yourself.”
