“Cathy has been amazing to work with during the V7 functional fitness class as well as creating fun and achievable health and fitness challenges. I started out hesitant from a previous surgery and was using a knee brace for walking the dogs. Cathy created adjustments to the workouts, supported accommodations, and had some great nutritional recommendations for me. I have swapped equal percentages of body fat with lean muscle mass and no longer need the knee brace!
