“Jay has built a fantastic community in this gym! Lots of classes offered with great instructors. Each of the instructors offer a different style or curriculum which keeps things fresh if you want to bounce around. The vibe is very casual -- no bowing or formal ceremonies in class. We all call the instructors by their first names, which I appreciate. The other gym members are a good balance of hobbyists and serious competitors: whether you're looking for a chill workout or some serious rolls you can probably find a good group to practice with. None of the regulars have made me feel unsafe. It also has a good mix of men and women in the busier classes if that's what you're looking for. It's a great place to learn and meet people.”
