This school is great, it had all the basics you look for, cleanliness, showers, lots of mat space, but the people and gym atmosphere were well above average. Everyone I met was friendly and interested in learning from the several upper belts I saw at each class. The thing that stood out the most to me was the artwork and design, the owners put a lot into having nice touches around the standard with unique art and designs that accented the gym nicely in a subtle way to keep everything looking nice. “The best group of training partners you could ask for. Everyone checks their ego at the door. No one is out to hurt you but no one babies you either. One the adult side, there is a pretty wide range of ages and fitness levels that participate regularly so don’t let your age discourage you. Crazy amount of ladies who roll on the regular as well. Professor and the coaches are awesome. Structured curriculum with plenty of drilling to perfect technique while still working in time to spar at the end of class. Every stripe and every belt is well earned. Super clean facility. Crazy amount of mat space. I think they still let you come to a few classes first to try it out before you sign up.”
