“If you're looking for a competition based gym up in the Northwest, this is the gym for you. Coach Alika is a beast and will tap you out 20 times in a single roll while having a smile on his face. Shoot, even I smile as I'm gasping for air. He's incredibly attentive and will be more than happy to show you the same move over and over again if you don't get it haha. No roll goes wasted as it doesn't matter who you roll with, I'm always learning as I go. They also have wrestling classes for the kids and let me tell you something, I've never been so afraid of an 8 year old until I watched them in action. Despite the hard rolls, the vibe is incredibly chill and welcoming. Definitely feels like ohana when I train there.”
