Tyrone is a great coach, very passionate with a few speeches here and there but mostly great walkthroughs of different moves and ways to train. The place has a decent trainee base, but it’s not overwhelming. Will be plenty of space for you to have a one on one training from Tyrone and others, and it’s a great place to either hone your skills or to pick it up from scratch. See you there!”
