Me and my daughter went and we had a great time and we have been going for a long time and learning a lot of new important skills not just for ju jit su but for life too. “Great vibes!!! Everybody is so nice and supportive, which is important when it comes to training long term. Super safe environment with a solid curriculum that forces you to get really comfortable with the positions the professors teach. I came from 7+ years without practicing and was fully welcomed by the team! Highly recommend if you are feeling the urge to get back or just overall curious about the sport/lifestyle.”
