“I love VOW! Reasons: 1. multiple black and brown belt instructors with different styles so you learn different ways of solving problems 2. The community there is like family - all there to have fun, grow and learn from each other. Many social activities to hang outside of they gym too. 3. Being a small female, I appreciate that there are a lot of other gals that go to this school.”

“VOW is consistently one of my favorite spots to train. The vibes at this gym are always on point, friendly, laid-back, and full of people who genuinely love jiu jitsu. Whether you’re a regular or just stopping by, you’re welcomed with open arms. Their Sunday open mats are also some of the best around. There’s always a great mix of skill levels, and everyone brings good energy, competitive when it counts, but respectful and collaborative throughout. It’s the perfect place to get quality rounds in and learn something new every time. If you’re looking for a gym with great people, great training, and a strong community feel, VOW should be at the top of the list. It's a village of wolves but also a house of homies.”
