Tim and Liz Hartranft have built a fabulous program, suitable for any person, of any athletic background. Been a couch potato for the past decade? They'll get you turned around and in shape. The work they do with the children of the community is so far-reaching. They do wonders for these kids. I see bright, shining smiles on their faces whenever I go into the gym. These kids are the role models for the younger generation, and I have no doubt that they are all destined for greatness. I highly recommend you check out the facility. The atmosphere is amazing. There are no egos brought out onto the mats, so you don't need to worry about any sort of hazing rituals you may hear about from other gyms. Highly recommend!”

“My daughter has been training with Sensei since he opened the Karate program 3 years ago. She will earn her black belt in 2019 at the age of 14. The program took a timid little girl and helped her become a FIERCE young lady. She is a class leader and volunteers her time to work with younger students. She has gained self confidence throughout the belt ranks that she has EARNED! Belts are not given, they are earned! If you want your child to participate in a program that allows them to earn their success, as an individual, without a popularity contest, then Martial arts is what you need!
