“My 6-year-old daughter, and 4-year-old daughter started training with Coach Matt 6 months ago. It has been a great experience! My girls look forward to Thursdays specifically because its "jiu-jitsu" day. You are welcomed from the moment you walk into the door and are immediately greeted by Tammy and Matt. They always make sure to talk to each kid/adult before or after class. No one is ever left out. They truly care about each and every person there and it really shows. My kids are developing confidence, strength, discipline, mental and physical skills, and friends on and off the mat. Every class is different and because of that, it keeps my kid's attention, and they are always excited to learn. My girls are thriving with Coach Matt's help and I'm so glad we joined!”
