“I can't say enough Good things about Werneck Family Jiu Jitsu. I tried out Jiu Jitsu while trying to recover from a crossfit injury. I'm so glad I have the opportunity to train under Darren. He is an incredible professor that teaches in an organized and consistent manner. I actually look forward to waking up at 5:30 AM to go to Class. I'm getting a great complete work out, making new friends and learning skills to protect myself and family. Both my daughters age 8 and 11 also train here and the have progressed so far in terms of confidence, respect and self defense.
